职位描述：
岗位职责 Responsibilities：
协助高级运营经理或者独立完成以下工作：
Assist senior operation manager or independently to handle below issue:
1）、通过合理的运营规划，内部及外部协调，执行及跟踪，帮助推动及完成部门目标、计划、项目及关键业绩指标；
Through rational operational planning, internal and external coordination, implementation and following up, help to dive and achieve department Mission, BP, project and KPI.
2）、负责部门运营规划，部门组织架构图、规章制度、费用预算等；
Be responsible for dept. operational planning, division Organization Chart, Rules and Regulation, Budget and etc.
3）、起草及制定SOP及Key process，跟踪及检测运行情况并及时更新；
Draft and formulate the SOP and Key process, tracking and inspection the running condition and update when necessary.
4）、监督部门运营管理情况是否实施到位，并提供持续性的运营管理培训；
Supervise division operation management is in place, and provide continuing operations management training.
5）、外部协调(客户，融资租赁公司，政府部门)，部门之间及部门内部协调；
External coordination (customer, CCFL, government), intra Dept. and inter Dept. coordination.
6）、推动完成部门以及总裁办相关项目，部门电子审批系统、电子报告系统的建立；
Help to drive and complete division project and MDO project. RMG digital/E-Application/Approval Process/Report set up.
7）、提供部门会议报告，月报，分析报告及改善建议。
Provide division meeting report, monthly regular report, analysis report and suggestion.

任职资格 Position Qualification:
1、本科及以上，工商管理、项目管理及工程学；
Bachelor or above. Business administration, Project management or Engineering from public university.
2、2年以上运营、流程/项目管理经验，有风险管理经验及6Sigma黑带经验者优先；
4 years working experience in business operation or process /project management. Experiences in risk management or 6 sigma Black is preferred.
3、运营管理，流程及项目管理，兼备风险管理者，擅长统计学者优先；
Business operation, Process /Project management, Risk management and athematical statistics is a plus.
4、精通Microsoft 办公软件运用，有一定的IT知识。能熟练运用统计分析软件者优先；
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in some of statistics analysis software is also preferred, Certain IT knowledge.
5、CET-4级及以上，良好的英语听，说，读，写能力；
CET-4 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading
and writing ability.
6、思维清晰，有很强的逻辑推理能力，擅长沟通，团队协作精神，有耐心且理性。
