Responsibilities:


1. Assist to coordinate Executive Visits- Administration venders/suppliers updating and coordinating

2. Coordinate with vendors on cleaning, virescence, maintenance of office facilities like air-condition, lighting and rental, etc.

3. Office equipment maintenance/ TPM; actively support efforts for ACE with a focus on 6s/strong sense of orderly office

4. Assist to organize company event, such as annual dinner, team building, etc to promote teamwork and work/life balance

5. Assist to communicate among different departments for coordination in cross company activities and projects when needed- Day-to-day Admin support

Requirements:


1. Undergraduate with related major

2. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

3. Good command of computer skill with Microsoft office

4. Can attend to work at least 4 days per week

5. Elegant manner, service orientated

6. Attention to detail and hard working

7. Duration: 3 months
