Our company is looking for Junior Analyst working in our Analytics team in Chengdu, who is responsible for delivering actionable insights to our internal and external clients through text data analytics.
本公司在成都的分析团队正在寻找初级分析师。其主要职能为：通过对文本数据进行分析，为公司内部和外部的客户提供可操作的分析结果。

Job description / 工作职责:
* Build and maintain Text Analytics categorization models for industry verticals
创建和维护多种行业的文本分析分类模型
* Qualitative and Quantitative analysis
进行定量和定性的分析
* Analyze data to deliver actionable insights to clients in the areas of:
分析数据，在以下方面为客户提供可操作的分析结果
o Brand and product tracking
品牌和产品跟踪
o Issue and crisis identification
问题和危机识别
o CRM analytics
客户关系管理分析
o Market research
市场研究
* Reporting
制作分析报告

Job requirements / 任职要求:
* Bachelor’s Degree within computer science, business, or other analytical fields where math, statistics or business are key components
计算机科学，商学或其他分析领域相关学科学士学位，具有数学，统计等相关学科背景
* Possess excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbally
具有良好的英语口语和写作的能力
* Good at data collection and compiling
擅长数据收集和汇编
* Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
具有良好的解决问题和分析问题的能力
* Be able to work both independently and in a team
既能独立工作，又能适应团队合作
* Good at learning
擅长学习
* Good at self-management
良好的自我管理能力

Preferred / 优先考虑:
* Have work experience in data analysis/processing/reporting
有数据分析/处理/报告方面相关经验
* Able to quickly find relevant information from English speaking websites
能够快速从英文网站获取所需信息
* Have interest and insight in mobile industry
对移动行业有足够的兴趣和洞察力
* Have knowledge of a second foreign language. Japanese is preferred
掌握第二外语的优先考虑，特别是日语
