职位描述：
Job Description:
Be primarily responsible for optical module EMI/SI simulation and verification to meet or beyond the expectations of internal and/or end customer in a fast and professional way.
- Perform EMI/SI simulation on optical module to check the compliance of design rules;
- Perform EMI/SI test to provide test report and corrective solutions;
- Perform EMI/SI analysis, issue debugging;
- Maintain our design process by update the design rule and knowledge base;
- Work closely with peers on additional projects assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ hands on experience on EMI/SI simulation and verification in electronics or communication industry;
- Strong RF theory and circuit design background;
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Master’s degree or above in electronics, communication or relevant major;
- At least 3 years of work experience in communication industry, with experience on EMI/SI design is preferred;
- Excellent skills in design software application, such as ANSYS Designer, Siwave, HFSS;
- Familiar with RF theory and EMI/SI design principle;
- Well organized and detail oriented, easy going with good interpersonal skill and open mindset
