职位描述：
主要职责:
1) Customs clearance and CIQ process
a) Import Documents Preparation
b) Generate shipping plan to new plant
c) Customs broker management and Forwarders Management
d) Maintain relationship with CIQ and ensure all imported products are compliance with CIQ requirement
e) Manage importation process both at port and bonded warehouse
f) Drive smooth cooperation/process with Customs/CIQ

2) Cost control and Process Improvement
a) Logistics cost capture and assist manager on budget allocation
b) Cost analysis and control
c) Improve total inbound lead time and cost efficiency
d) Familiar with custom regulation then gets more tax free of imported machine
e) Leading improve total inbound efficiency

3) System Operation and Reports
a) Customs clearance / CIQ progress tracking and provide visibility to project team
b) Secure actual inbound lead time to support equipment installation

4) Any other tasks as assigned

任职要求：
1. University degree or above, logistics, transportation management or related fields;
2. 3 years of work experience in logistics operations, or the declaration;
3. Familiar with operational procedures and related logistics freight forwarding standards, with transport and logistics, warehousing professional skills;
4. Good understanding of the operation of customs, commodity inspection；
5. Being meticulous and Pressure working spirits;
