Requirements & Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree on Commerce
? More than 5 years’ experience in Audit
? Fully Audit Knowledge
? Domestic and International Travel required
Core Responsibility:
      Audit Execution and Reporting
? Conduct scheduled contractor audits of upstream business unit to ensure compliance with contract term and conditions. The individual is also responsible for assessing the business process risks and evaluate the internal control especially around the Purchase through Payment processes.
? Review BU processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures, including the pertaining laws and regulations both in local and US.
? Define audit objectives and work independently with some guidance on objectives, priorities and time concerning.
? Prepare a presentation (both in written and oral) regarding the audit findings and recommend the corrective action plan to clients in a professional manner.
? Prepare final audit report and follow up audit issues with stakeholders both internal and external to be closed out in a timely manner.
? Working with the business unit on recovery of claims and reporting out the status to the Leadership team.
     Special Projects and Ad hoc Reviews
? Conduct special reviews or ad-hoc investigative reviews as per management requests.
? Prepare a report of observations for management review and where appropriate recommend practical corrective actions to rectify gaps noted in the reviews.
? Provide consulting services to support client to re-establish the control environments.
           Audit Supervision
? Acts as a team leader in small to midsize audit subjects on the functions as follow:
? Determine audit scope and prepare audit plan, data analysis and select audit sampling transactions for review.
? Co-ordinate between audit team and clients
? Prepare resource planning, managing and mentoring of auditors. 举报 分享
