General Job Description：
We are seeking a receptionist which plays a key role as she represents the company for the first impression. This is a combined role of receptionist and administrator. She will greet the visitors, check the mails and deliveries, and act as admin to book hotels and air-tickets, schedule the conference room and other tasks…

Responsibilities：
- Greet the visitors kindly and direct them to the right places;
- Handle inquiries and internal /external calls;
- Manage the conference rooms;
- Send and receive documents and mails;
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, making sure the supplies are fully stocked and in good quality;
- Plan the business trip, including hotel reservation and tickets;
- Expense the cost of travel, office supplies, team building and others;
- Make sure the office environment is clean and secure;
- Support the team building, annual conference and other activities.
- Take the initiative to support other work as needed, not just the responsibilities assigned.

Qualification：
- Outstanding communication skills and coordinating skills;
- Strong sense of team work;
- Ability to get job done with a clear plan;
- Detail-oriented, careful, warm, patient, and outgoing personality;
- Good English both in oral and written;
- Good Microsoft skills;
- College degree or above with 1-2 years’ related experience in MNC preferred.
