职位描述：
1.与所分配的客户建立联系、确定资格并保持联系，以提高零件和服务解决方案的销售业绩
  Establish, qualify and maintain contact with assigned customers to increase sales of parts and service solutions
2.通过彻底分析需求，为客户提供解决方案来满足客户要求
  Provide customers with solutions to meet customer requirements after thoroughly analyzing needs
3.收集最新的客户和设备信息
  Collect up to date customer and equipment information
4.倾听现有和潜在的客户的声音，寻找销售机会以增加零件销售
  Listen to customers for opportunities to gain business to increase sales with current/potential customers
5.为客户提供卓越的零件查询和订单处理服务
  Provide excellent customer service in parts order processing and interpretation
6.全面掌握易初明通的产品供应线，提高代理商服务包括零件、维修、销售项目、保养方案和客户服务协议。
  Understand full-range of ECI-Metro’s product offerings and promote dealership services including parts, services, merchandising programs, maintenance plans and Customer Service Agreements (CSAs).
7.收集客户的反馈以持续改进
  Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement purposes

任职资格 Position Qualification
1.学历要求Education:大学专科含以上学历 College and above
2.专业要求 Major in:机、电等相关专业 Machinery, Electrical or related
3.工作经历要求 Experience：一年以上行业工作经验
Proven Technical knowledge and experaince, Above 1 year experience in industry
4.年龄要求 Age：26岁以上 Above 26
5.专业知识 Professional knowledge：产品知识零件专业知识、营销知识
Product knowledge, Parts knowledge, sales soft skill
6.技能技巧Skills： 销售专业技能、市场专员技能、零件产品专业技能
Familiar with sales marketing and parts product skill
7.计算机要求Computer： 优秀的办公软件使用能力和丰富的产品知识，良好的数据和信息分析技能， Excellent Microsoft office suite products capability with good data and information analyzing skills
8.外语要求Language：英语简单读写 Read and write
9.其他要求Other requirements：
1)高度的敬业精神及高涨的工作激情，能接受高强度的工作
High professional dedication and work passion, able to accept high intensive work;
2)良好的沟通能力和敏锐的市场信息捕捉能力；
Good communication ability and sensitive catching ability of market information;
3)责任心强；Strong sense of taking responsibilities;
4)普通话标准；Fluent in Mandarin
