职位描述：
一、Job Summary：
Lead the delivery quality, productivity and security improvement and enforcement team. Responsible for operational initiatives, continuous improvement programs and putting in place structure, process and tools to lead quality, productivity and security programs to achieve the company’s business objectives.

二、Key Responsibilities：
1. Lead quality, productivity and security initiatives based on company policy, business objectives, customer feedback and operational plans. Implement programs to adopt, comply and obtain certification in industry best practices such as ISO9001, ISO27001, & CMMI.
2. Responsible for Business Management System implementation and continuous improvements at corporate and project levels.
3. Responsible for Lean Six Sigma project implementation, yellow and green belt projects.
4. Drive BCM program from HQ as functional representative.
5. Organize customer satisfaction surveys and track improvements action.
6. Establish and improve measurement program to align with business objectives.
7. Report project health status and risks to management team.
8. Establish and maintain knowledge management library & knowledge base. Lead team to identify quality and productivities improvement programs.
9. Design and conduct operational and delivery excellence training programs and sharing across departments.
10. Work with functional teams to conduct internal audit for key process and tracking follow-up actions. Ensure that improvements are followed up properly and become standard operation procedure.
三、Knowledge and Skill Requirements：
1. Hand on experience on project delivery, quality improvement best practices, continuous improvement, program management, performance analysis, process improvement tools and techniques.
2. Good leadership skills including ability to motivate and follow up execution plans.
3. Excellent analytical communication skills, presentation and negotiation/influencing skills.
4. High customer service orientation, and good analyzing and problem solving abilities.
5. Proficient in both written and spoken English.

四、Qualifications：
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above.
2. Work Experiences: Minimum 5 to 8 years of Quality Leadership experience in IT industry.
3. PMP certification is a plus.
