Senior Analyst –Cash Operations is critical for the delivery of Service Level Agreement across the key stakeholders within Institutional operations
The role must maintain the operational integrity of customer documentation, static data and high level of accuracy of the processing teams.

The Bank has established long-term relationships with community partners and non-government groups (NGOs) in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Hangzhou and its priorities are in enhancing financial capability, responsible practices, urban sustainability as well as developing education and employment opportunities for young, underprivileged individuals.
Functions Include:
? Performs daily reviews on completed customer registration requests to ensure 100% accuracy on the actions taken by the processing team.
? Handles complex onboarding tasks, including complex requests, validations, escalations and enquiries, among others.
? Develops process expertise within the team and serve as point of contact for process related queries.
? Acts as trainer and SME for new and existing hires.
? Identifies process improvement opportunities.
? Conducts quality coaching to staff as needed and delivers bi monthly accuracy team reports.
? Control focused; Ensure that all necessary controls are implemented in the process; think of new controls that will reduce and/or eliminate process and operational risks
? Acts as first point of contact for any issues relating to quality and partners with internal Assurance teams.
? Responsible for coordinating with onshore counterparts to ensure that process documentation and WI are updated.
Emphasis is on implementing process improvements to improve customer service and team quality.
Financial:
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, convey to management and track benefits
- Ensure service targets are achieved and risk is NIL
Customer:
- Monitor daily quality of completed requests in accordance with Bank policies/procedures and customer instructions.
- Refer to ANZ values in decision making

Process:
Responsible for execution most complex requests
Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand customer requirements/ exceptions/ special handling requirements
Track errors and give feedback on quality to team members.
Follow up where necessary to meet customer needs.
Take initiative to identify process improvements, and present to Team Leader / Manager with the solutions and the benefits. ?
Perform administrative functions following research, investigation and assessment, wherever required.?
Act as a first point of contact for the departments in regards to the process
First level of process escalation for the team members. ?
- Take responsibility for training the new staff in the team. ??
- Manage areas of responsibility with ANZ Policy (including compliance and AML requirements)
- Resolve and/or escalate complex matters to the Manager in a timely manner
- Deliver accuracy reports.
Develop process expertise within the team and serve as first point of contact for process related queries.
People:
Address training gaps. - Conducts quality coaching for staff as needed
Upskill/ cross skill staff as required
Customer First:
- positive contribution to success of Customer Registration and Customer Reference Data
- Processes and Delivery (Survey Score)
- Positive perceptions and understanding from key stakeholders including Risk & Compliance
Lead & Inspire:
- Positive contribution to smooth running of the team
