Position: Analyst / Senior Analyst - Portfolio Management
Report to: Managing Director

Job Description:
- Run financial modeling analysis on assets and asset portfolios.
- Prepare fund raising roadshow materials for different potential investors and help to organize roadshow and related events.
- Prepare regular fund management reports to investors.
- Conduct related fund market research, real estate market research and research on related policies to support various reports and decision making.
- Maintain complete and updated clients information/database.
- Execution of clients/customers relationship management and customer care activities.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the management.

Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in related majors, real estate financial preferred.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experiences, preferably in real estate investment and fund management.
- Good knowledge, strong analytical and financial modeling skill in real estate investment and fund management.
- Microsoft Office competency and good reporting writing, presentation skill required.
- Right attitude and aptitude will be a high priority.
- Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with both spoken and written skills in English and mandarin. 举报 分享
