?Technical support management
?Install, upgrade, move/add/swap
?Monitoring request.
?Internal customers HW/SW troubleshoot and fix.
?Work closely with ACS India team to troubleshoot and fix the McDonald’s regional/nationwide network issue
?Assist the team and supervisor on specific project, file, and inventory check up.
Knowledge and Skills
?Familiar with PC and laptop
?Familiar with Windows XP, printer, windows network
?Familiar with customer application Microsoft Office 2003/2007, Internet Explorer, VPN client and anti-virus application.
?Excellent customer service skills
?Proven experience of handling complex technical issues identifying resolutions and communicating these
?Excellent problem analysis and resolve skills.
?Excellent written and analytical skills
?Ability to communicate with non-technical staff
Experience/Qualifications
? Fluent in both Chinese and English
?1-3 years related field working experience.
?B.S. degree in information technology / computer
?Fluent in both Chinese and English
