About the position:

Study Group is looking for a Regional Coordinator based at our Regional Office in Guangzhou. We are looking for an outstanding candidate, with a record of success in office administration and experience and understanding of the overseas study market.
 
Prospective applicants are expected to be experienced, responsible, and self-motivated with strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will have a relevant university degree, excellent communication skills, and will be fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
 
The role involves supporting our sales efforts in the South China market for Study Group’s wide range of academic brands in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.  It also involves supporting our network of experienced and professional agent partners through training and outstanding customer service.
 
The main duties of this position are:
 
Partner Coordinator:

1.     Provide proactive sales & office administration support to regional sales team
2.     Finance and book keeping for office
3.     Maximise customer contact by being a central communications point
4.     Assist with co-ordination of sales events and initiatives (exhibitions, product training, product launches and agent retreats)
5.     Assist with distribution of materials
6.     Undertake research projects and sales reports
7.     Establish and maintain detailed Partner and Regional office files and databases i.e. CAD/Salesforce
8.     Management of sales forecasts
9.     Process and ensure team expenses are within budget.
10.  Co-ordinate travel bookings and accommodation
11.  Purchasing and ordering for office
12.  Liaising with IAC and Conversion team to assist enquiries
13.  Legal documents maintenance, office license renewal and office compliance
14.  Assist to manage HR & People requirement
 
Key Selection Criteria:

Essential
1.     A Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
2.     A high level of skill in spoken and written English and Chinese
3.     Strong communications skills
4.     Excellent organizational skills and experience in sales and marketing support
5.     Demonstrated experience in event management and sales and a strong understanding of the overseas study market
 
Desirable
1.     Experience in sales and marketing of Chinese and /or international education
2.     Overseas study experience
