Key Tasks
1.Supplier APQP & PPAP management
？ -Deploy Futuris supplier quality gate process at supplier side
？ -Lead design review with supplier and Futuris engineering team to make sure the design intent is understood and achieved at supplier
？ -Monitor tooling progress and support the OTS delivery and validation
？ -Lead the suppliers to provide containment and solution to issues raised in the APQP phase
？ -Review and approve supplier PPAPs in FES in a timely manner
2.Supplier performance development
？ -Monitor and analyse supplier monthly performance
？ -Make sure fast response from suppliers to support the complaint from the plants
？ -Develop suppliers to improve their performance especially for those C rated suppliers
？ -Make sure proper attention is in place at supplier site to avoid the repeat issue to plants
3.Quality skills
？ -Have good understanding of APQP/PPAP and can coach suppliers to build and follow the process
？ -Use 8D as the tool for supplier quality issues
？ -Use other quality tool to deliver good result
4.Supplier relationship maintenance
？ -Engage supplier to get proper containment actions for supplier quality issue raised in plants
？ -Make sure efficient preventive actions are in place in a timely manner
5.Cooperation with internally
？ -Use team approach to delivery APQP result
？ -Provide proper support when required
？ -Be open minded to minimise supplier chain risk

Qualifications
？ -At least bachelor in Engineering or relevant discipline

Experience
？ -At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
？ -Automotive industry experience for metal/plastic parts, preferred plant quality experience
？ -Proven experience in building and maintaining customer and supplier relations
？ -Detailed knowledge of automotive certification standards and auditing experience
？ -Experience in dealing with both internal and suppliers - building relationships and delivering outcomes

 Skills & Knowledge
？ -Hands on at plant and supplier site, be willing and capable to understand products
？ -Good understanding of TS16949,APQP,PPAP
？ -Good understanding of Geometrical Dimension & Tolerance
？ -The ability to work autonomously and be flexible in their approach
？ -Skills & knowledge in problem solving
？ -Project management skills - time/quality/cost tradeoffs and their prioritisation
？ -Effective written and verbal communication skills, communication in English is preferred 举报 分享
