? 严格遵守标准操作程度（SOP）
? 接受和确认供应商的订舱
? 准确地执行承运人分配
? 为供应商提供优良的客户服务水准
? 及时发出货运代理人收讫货物证明（FCR）
? 及时处理和分派文件
? 保持优化或最大化集装箱使用率
? 协助各种项目的开展
