This is an in-house role and the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating the hiring process for our Chengdu studio in order to ensure the smooth running of the operations. The recruiter will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans. He or she will serve as a consultant and has strong knowledge about the current trends and information for the industry assisting on both the strategic and tactical level. Possesses strong understanding of hiring’s needs. Provides advice, expertise and assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various recruiting/talent acquisition related issues. Provides sourcing across multiple discipline such as Art, Design and Programming etc. To be best in this role the candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all SLAs. We are in an innovative and fast-paced environment. You must be able to roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager on the hiring needs’ in the Chengdu studio
Ability to recruit candidates within a short time-frame and understanding what’s the difference between a great and good candidate
Possess strong ability to screen candidates within the framework/process and preparing candidates for excellence candidature experience
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
Recommend ideas and strategies relating to recruitment that will contribute to short and long term growth of the studio

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of mixed experience in fast paced recruitment agency and a in house role
Strong working knowledge of staffing techniques and labor regulations
Understands HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, screening, talent management, recruiting, employment law, contact language, etc
Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and challenging situations
Prioritize and effectively handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to drive continuous business process improvement
Have a good sense of business awareness, especially in the games and IT&T industry
Proficiency in developing professional relationships with hiring managers and suppliers
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
Proficient negotiation and interviewing skills
Efficient time management skills
Tech savvy + eye for art (Good to have) 举报 分享
