Job Level: A
Reports To: Airport Services Manager
Working location: Chengdu, China
Key Responsibilities:
Well-perform the day to day flight operational activities to ensure the high customer services level is achieved
Liaise with all relevant parties, including CIQ, GHA, AHQ and IOC to achieve good OTP without compromising flight safety and decline the customer service
Team work with airport Staff and archive personal growth and development with team members
Close monitor the flight handling process of various sections and propose improvements to the Airport Services Manager whenever necessary to ensure the resources are used efficiently and cost effectively in all operation areas
Requirements/Qualifications:
College graduate or above
Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
Can work independently, willing to face challenges and work under pressure
Willing to make progress and reach for the stars, able to work initiatively without being asked
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Good time management and multi-tasking ability
Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin and English.
Willing to work on shift
Experience in working in airline or related industries is preferred;
Required to attend and pass all training arranged by department and HQ to meet the needs of daily operations
PRC national or valid working permit in PRC
