职位描述：
1. NGPF Business case preparation and periodically update to ensure it is in line with the latest NGPF demand.
2. NGPF ECAR preparation and follow up with both P&W and PWC to meet the time line of business requirement on Capex approval, PO issuing, etc.
3. NGPF parts quotation and ICSA prices analysis to provide a clear picture about current cost drivers of NGPF parts and opportunities to meet the ICSA prices requirements.
4. NGPF cost reduction plan setup and follow up. Participate the War on Cost meeting as Finance representative. Drive the cost reduction plan to meet the target year over year.
5. NGPF operating results and perform variance analysis for management reporting, discussion and analysis.
6. Actively communicate with the related parties in P&W and P&WC, and flow down the NGPF data to different stake holders at PWAC.
7. PWSH Finance processes review for coming UTC auditing. Redesign the process to eliminate control risk.

Requirements:
Financial specialized university graduate or above, accountant or above.
5 years or more Financial related experience, and 3 years in management position
