职位描述
The main missions of the role are:
1. Take part in new program development, developing review control plan, quality standards. 参与新项目开发开发和评审控制计划、质量标准；
2. Handling Non-conformance material (Raw material, WIP, Finish Good). 不合格品处理．（包括原材料，半成品及成品）
3. Drive to close the abnormality report released by QC. 处理QC异常报告单问题直至解决．
4. Weekly/Monthly FTQ summarize and figure out Top 5 issue. Drive team to solve to close. 每周／每月FTQ汇总，分析前5大问题,组织小组分析解决问题．
5. Resolve the customer return to close. Summarize the return from customer and take action to improve it. 解决客户投诉问题，针对顾客退货产品汇总，分析原因采取措施．
6. Quality system compliance product audit/Process Audit.根据计划完成产品/过程审核．
7. Organize the Failure Analysis Meeting for the main quality issues, and use of quality tools to organize the failure analysis. 组织团队对主要不良问题解决．
8. Modify and maintain documents such as PFMEA, Control Plan, Quality control sheet.质量文件定期更新．
9. Support system audit TS16949/ISO14000.支持系统审核TS16949/ISO14001.
10. Others assigned by manager 由质量经理分配工作．
- Basic requirement:
1. Bachelor degree above.本科以上学历
2. Be familiar with injection techniques and injection production process.熟悉注塑工艺及其制造流程.
3. Communication with foreigners is no obstacle in simply English. 能用简单的英语和外国人进行交流.
4. Be familiar with Quality tools, PPAP,SPC,MSA.熟悉质量工具，及PPAP,SPC,MSA,PFMEA,
5. TS16949 Internal Auditor.TS16949内审员证书．
