职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、制定学校的市场策略和营销方案；

2、组织、策划、实施学校的宣传活动，并提交活动、媒体的宣传计划和评估报告；

3、组织宣传资料的设计与制作，软文的编写和各种广告的设计；

4、建立对竞争的反映系统，对竞争对手的市场状况研究；

5、公共关系及媒体的开发和维系；

6、配合外围市场的各种活动和宣传的执行；

7、市场部的日常经营管理工作。
任职要求：

1、教育/咨询相关专业本科以上学历，有MBA/留学经验尤佳；

2、5年以上市场营销经验，有教育行业市场营销、品牌建设、公共关系方面的工作经历尤佳；

3、熟悉教育行业，具有相关行业管理经验；

4、能敏锐感知市场动态、市场方向，深入把握市场需求，并具备优秀的策略创意能力；

5、熟悉各类媒体，了解媒体运作流程，拥有丰富的媒体资源，善于挖掘和整合媒介资源；

6、具备较强的数据分析能力，能对相关数据进行有效分析；

7、有较强的中英文听说读写能力；

8、具有优秀的人际沟通能力、计划和执行能力、良好的团队精神。
