职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.晶圆、陶瓷管壳及玻璃盖板等原材料等来料检测，目检等
2.晶圆级器件的探针测试，良率分析
3.芯片、原材料管理，与组装厂、晶圆厂沟通
4.芯片的清洗及来料目检，分级测试，良率分析
5.会使用IC自动实验设备者优先考虑

Product and Quality Engineer
？ Product yield analysis and improvement
？ Image sensor packing solution development and communication (ceramic, COB..)
？ Chip assembly process management and quality control
？ Incoming inspection: wafer / ceramic package / glass lid / assembled device
？ Supply chain management with subcontractors
？ Image sensor product quality & reliability control
？ ATE use is preferred.
Minimum requirements
? Min. 2 years’ working experience in the field of IC manufacture industry
? Master in engineer: Electronic, Physics, Optics or Mechanics are preferable
? Basic knowledge of C / C++/ Java
? Fluent written and verbal skills in English
? Team player and open to technical challenge with diversities.
? Strong communication skill

Additional qualifications
? Experience with IC assembly flow is a plus

2.有半导体行业生产质量管理经验者优先，有该行业一线工作经验者优先，如半导体晶圆目检操作，半导体器件目检操作，显微镜操作等
3.工作认真、负责
