? Assists in conducting employee survey according to HR plan.

? Assists in answering inquiries from the employees on personnel and training issues respectively whenever possible.

? Assists in the preparation of venue for the monthly Departmental Trainer forums and activities.
协助准备月度的部门培训师会议及活动的安排。
? Assists in various campaigns to promote Hyatt good practices.
协助完成酒店的各种活动以提升凯悦优秀的实战能力。
? Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required when Training manager is not available.
当培训部经理不在场时组织参与部门的各种会议并做出贡献。
? Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
不间断地提供礼貌并专业的服务。
? Assists in recruitment activities, prepares and posts vacancy announcements, contacts applicants for screening interviews; screens applications and resumes; arranges interviews appointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads; checks and documents applicant references.

? Assists with the coordination of the employee recognition programmes.

? Assists by checking to ensure all employee facilities are maintained within standards, ie. Employee Lockers, Employee Restaurant, Employee Dormitory and Employee smoking area.

? Attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.

? Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for a prompt follow up.

? Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
