Job Summary:

Responsible for Applications Support, assists on sales and marketing team for product promotion

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

Actively promote Roche Applied Science products and services offered by the company to the customers (end users) as well as to solve application / product problems promptly and completely and assists Business Area to achieve overall its monthly and yearly sales target and objectives
Deliver product and system training to the customers (distributors and end-customers) and to help in new product launch
Conduct product technical training for internal Sales / Engineers/distributors and follows up with training feedback
Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and conducts application training for end users after installation of instruments
Visit client regularly and promotes reagent for value-based management
Solve application / product problems promptly and completely from end users
Maintain and update products information in a timely manner
Coordinate customer evaluation of products
Pay periodical visits to Key Accounts for getting user feedbacks on our products and services; submits call report to line managers
Assist customers in the interpretation of test results , explains test result to customers to reach agreement
Keep good and up to date customer base and pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for delivering product information and getting user feedbacks on our products and services
Work closely with Marketing and Customer Service Support team to ensure customer satisfaction
Assimilate up-to-date product information a timely manner to those concerned
Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

Education & Qualifications:
1. Master degree or higher in molecular biology or other life science disciplines or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
3. Good command of MS office software application
4. Product & Application Expertise


Experience:
Good track record for working in a MNC company for two or more years, with related work experience in sales & application support.
The ability to effectively work within a diverse environment, develop new customers while maintaining all existing accounts, deliver effective application service.
