Problem solving related to production processes especially assembly, flocking, welding and rework.

Handling of engineering changes.工程更改的控制
Production management: 5S/TPM, ensure production to proceed in order and delivery on time.
生产管理 ：5S,全员维护，确保生产有序进行，保证按时发货
Supervise production process，reasonable personnel arrangement. Evaluation for shift leader KPI.
监控生产过程，合理的人员安排. 评估班长的工作表现
Preparation of training plans for operators and conducting training & evaluation under special consideration of customer requirements, to improve operator skill.准备操作者培训计划，考虑客户需求实施培训并进行有效地评估，提高操作者技能
Ensure that the operators are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.确保让操作者知道他们的贡献与达到质量目标的相关性和重要性。
Personnel, environment, health & safety management. 人员环境、健康和安全管理
Supervise staff implementation acc. to operating work instruction. Monitor operator must put hot or flammable rubbish into appointed container. 监督操作者按生产操作指导书操作，监控生产人员必须将过热或易燃垃圾放入指定的容器内。

任职要求：

Bachelor or above 专科或以上学历
background in mechanic or electronic engineering.
机械或电子工程背景
At least three years working experience in plastics plant for production supervisor or process engineer.
至少两年在汽车行业生产型企业担任生产主管或工艺工程师的工作经验
familiar with process management and assembly process
熟悉生产过程和装配过程的管理
Knowledge of polymers and plastic materials (chemistry, physics) (PLAS) 塑料原料知识
knowledge of QMS in general and ISO/TS esp. (QMS, TS)
质量管理系统知识
basics of statistics (STAT),基本统计
good communication skills (COM)良好的沟通技能
use of PC and general programs (as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) (PC+)熟练使用办公软件
