职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 负责防火墙班组的日常事务处理、工作安排及检查员管理;
2. 负责防火墙每日检验记录的数据录入及分析;协助质量工程师或技术员调查、处理及跟踪出现的质量问题并制定整改措施;
3. 负责对防火墙班组人员的培训及监督;
4. 负责按上级要求及时传达、更新、反馈职责范围内的相关信息;
5. 做好领导交办的其它工作。

1.学历:文化程度技校或以上, 理工类机械、工程相关专业毕业; 全日制统招本科毕业优先考虑;
2.职业经验 :熟悉基本的质量检测工具及质量分析工具;有质量或生产相关工作经验;汽车行业质检经验优先考虑,能够接受并适应倒班和加班;
3.其他能力要求 :熟练的应用Microsoft 软件;工作积极上进;沟通协调能力强;抗压能力及解决问题能力强。

2011年5月 公司用不到半年的时间完成了SAP 系统上线, 使公司各项管理都实现了数据化与现代化的结合。

The three shareholders are ContiTech AG headquartered in Germany, FAW Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Grand Ocean Industries, with the proportion of investment being 51%, 14.7% and 34.3% respectively. The company’s total investment and registered capital is RMB 28 million yuan and RMB 25 million yuan. The company has introduced state-of-art expertise and advanced management modes from ContiTech AG and has passed the certification of ISO/TS 16949:2009. The company can provide customers with high-quality and reliable products.
The company mainly produces air-conditioning lines, power steering lines, fuel lines, powertrain lines and industrial hose lines. Its customers include domestic and foreign leading vehicle manufacturers, e.g. FAW-VW, FAW Car, Beijing Benz Automotive, Fujian Benz Automotive, Shanghai Volkswagen, BMW Brilliance, Linde and Atlas Copco.
In 2010, the company finished relocation successfully. Occupation area increased from around 10,000 m2 to over 30,000 m2 and the production area increased from 2,000 m2 to over 15,000 m2. In addition, the company has purchased lots of new equipments to meet customers’ increased demand for quantity and quality. Thanks to these efforts, considerable improvements have been made in production capacity, product quality and customer service.
In May 2011, the company launched SAP system and implemented successfully in less than 6 months. With the application of the system, the company has fully realized data-based management.
