1.Customer accounts maintenance:
Interface with customers and coordination with sales manager / account manager, project managers / leaders, logistic and finance department
-Communication with customerspurchasing, engineering finance department for overdue payment reasons, find out solutions and follow up payments
-Overdue payment:find out overdue reasonsand resolve it; find out preventive actions
-Tooling contract &payment: get customer approved and signed documents and work with project and pre-quality get payment
-Sample order & payment:handle delivery term and price quote and get samples payment from customers in time
2.Internal coordination
-…with finance department:
support finance department to find out overdue payment reasons and checking invoices
-…with Project department:
support project developing samples quotations, samples orders, invoices issuing and payment follow up
-…with logistic department:
coordination logistic department to get packaging& logistic and delivery, quotations of samples, tooling etc.
-…with sales department:
coordination sales manager / account manager for prices confirmation, payment terms etc.
3.Parts series prices management
-set up series production parts prices checklist, and update the price list frequently
-set up samples / tooling / engineering change tooling and unit price checklist, update it frequently and follow up payment and its status
4.Coordination of visiting/auditing(meeting room, pick up, hotel, flight etc.)with the relative departments internally.
5.Other assignment by his/her supervisors
Qualifications and work experience:
1.Careful,hard-working,flexible,honest,enthusiastic,cooperative personality
2.Have good communication skills in both written and spoken in Chinese,prefer good English as well
3.Have knowledge about injection,compressure molding and blow molding process
4.Have about at least 3 years working experience in auto industry and knowledge of automotive OEM working process, mainly for BMW
5.Good self-motivated/independence/challenge target/Effective communication skills/excellent team player
6.High responsibility sense with positive attitude and able to work under pressure
7.Are flexible both in regards to tasks but also work wise
8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office application(Excel,Powerpoint,etc.)
9.Will be trained in RA Kunshan according to the training plan after on board
