Main aim of Job:

Keeping structures and facilities in good condition by observing systematic maintenance procedures,minimizztion of repair costs by carrying out scheduled maintenance and reducing follow-on cost,maximum availability of facilities and building tthrough scheduled maintenance.Compliance with stautory regulations and periodic requiresments imposed by authorities.

Specialized Knowledge and skills:

-construction and building management technology
-Experienced user of AUTO-CAD and office software
-water supply system technology
-refrigeration technology
-plumbing and sanitary technology
-heating equipment technology
-ventilation and air conditioning system technology
-fire alarm system technology
-compressed air system knowledge
-familir with local and government regulation relation with facility
-low and medium voltage system
-Ability to solve highly complex problems under pressure with systematic and logical approach
-knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and standards
