工作职责Job Responsibility:
# 支持与质量，成本和物流交货（QCDP）目标相匹配的运营：管理工厂的生产能力与效率，并参与工厂的持续发展进程；
Support operation involved in quality, cost and logistic target: manage capacity and efficiency of the series production. Serve for continuous progress of plant.
# 管理制造工程团队：员工，培训，训练，评核，工厂制造工程团队建设（直线和虚线）；
Manage the manufacturing team: employment,training,discipline， appraisement and team work.
# 巩固工厂中关键制造工程指标：提出相关行动计划；参与区域行业战略；对公司的发展提供专业的支持；提出工艺创新；
Consolidate the KPI for manufacturing in plant. Make the relative action plan; participate in regional industrial strategy,give professional support to developing direction of plant.Lead the process innovation and manage the innovation implement in plant.
# 负责工厂现生产的BOM的维护，工程变更；
Maintenance the BOM for production, manage the ECR.
# 负责现有产品工艺优化工作，并进行持续改进；,
Continuously improve the series production.
# 安排工程部内部的日常工作；
Arrange the daily work for Manufacture engineering department.
# 负责工艺参数的试验、制定、调整及维护工作；
Manage the test， setting, adjustment and maintenance for process parameter.
# 配合其他部门的工作，从而更好地完成公司的目标；
Cooperation with other department and realize the target of company better.
# 完成公司临时交办的工作；
Complete the temporary work given by company

长春华翔佛吉亚汽车塑料件制造有限公司成立于2011年06月03日，由佛吉亚（Faurecia）集团持股50%和宁波华众集团持股50%合资经营。公司注册资金人民币1.2亿元, 建筑面积25153平方米，占地面积39981平方米。公司现拥有员工约500余人。公司主要客户为一汽-大众汽车有限公司, 主要生产及销售汽车保险杠及门下护板类产品。
