Job Description
- Support sales/program team in RFQ process, and make technical proposal based on customer requirement, and customer technical requirement review and communications
- Follow up APQP process, in charge of component level and assy level OTS validations
- In charge of engineering change from customer side, and internal, assure all the necessary validation meet spec. and requirement
- Maintain E-bom , drawing update and transfer product knowledge to internal team and suppliers,
- lead supplier deviation review and approval with SD, quality, and ME
- Support quality issues analysis and action plan set up
- Support Industrialization and manufacturing to set up process flow
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- min 3 years in Automotive industry engineering positions, especially in window regulator or door module product or knowledge
- Automotive APQP process
- Involved in RFQ process
- Knowledge of components manufacturing process, stamping, plastic injection, and assy
- Good English, both speaking and writing;
