职位描述
1. Daily monitor the product quality status
2.Take immediately containment action to solve the quality issues with supplier, production line and customer site
3.Lead key quality issues analyse, and draft short term and long term improve plan and implementation.
4.Take part in project launching through APQP, coordinate PPAP preparation and submit to customer.
5.Prepare control plan and inspection instruction, gage, checking fixture ; train the operator and inspector;
6.Guide field service worker to fix the customer site quality issues and maintain good relationship with customers;
7.Draft annual product test plan and organize the implement.
8.Draft product audit plan and organize the implement.
9.Analyse and solve customer warranty issues.
10.Keep all quality actions following up the TS16949 system
