Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责：
- Organize, prepare, execute spin-trials customer site
- Solve technological customer problems and find out the reason of problem
- Instruct and inform the spinning mill staff with the aim to solve the problem
- Write a customer report with the findings and future action of the problem
- Advise on subjects ranging from raw material to yarn, including spinning and weight calculations
- Technological support of the sales department
- Present Rieter technology to visiting customers and at events
- Operate commissioning and support Olympia machine
Job qualifications/任职条件：
- Bachelor or above degree in textile technology
- 2 -3 years practical experience in technological problem solving of short staple spinning or very good practical spinning knowledge over whole process (4 -5 years)
- Know-how of the downstream processes
- Advanced English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication, good attitude towards customer, good presentation/teaching skills
- Capable of grasping a technical problem quickly by reviewing the situation and then independently determining subsequent steps with the aim of solving the problem
- Capable of negotiating with the spinning mill manager to organize a solution to the problem, and of developing a good working relationship
本科毕业，3-5年工作经验，高分子专业或纺织专业；
要求相关汽车毯业工作经验，熟悉加热、发泡、焊接、无纺针织等相关工艺过程经验。
