Main Accountabilities 主要责任:
1.Market information research and collection .
市场信息的调研和收集

2.New business quotation, negotiation and inner company(KAM,PM,IE,LO) coordinate to acquire some new
project
新产品项目谈价,报价,内部协调(销售经理、项目部、工业工程部、物流部). 并最终获得部分新的项目

3.Yearly sales budget and monthly sales forecast update for the certain segment or customer
负责编制所负责事业部/客户的年度销售预算/月度销售预测更新

4.weekly sales report and monthly sales analysis compared with the sales budget, following and solve the accounting deviation
销售周报及月度销售与预算对比分析,跟踪并处理账目差异.

5.Calculation sheet and margin control coordinated with other colleagues
与相关同事协作对成本计算表及毛利进行监控

6.annual sales contract and price agreement negotiation with customer
客户年度销售合同及价格协议洽谈.

7.SAP master data maintainance
SAP 系统的相关主数据维护

8.Sales daily work such as visting customer, regular meeting, invoicing data sumarizing, payment collecting, customer claim and othernecessary issues
拜访客户,销售日常业务:定期会议,开发票数据整理,货款回收,处理客户抱怨以及其他必要事项.

9.Customer satisfaction investigation
客户满意度调查

10.Support project team for new product sample order, technical change quotation, customer paid tooling charge amortization and collection, EOP spare parts following up, etc.
协助项目组组织新产品订单,技术变更报价,客户付费模具摊销及付款,EOP项目备件跟踪等等.

Requirements条件:
Education, Certification学历:
Bachlor Degree, major in Commercial or engineering
全日制统招大学本科及以上,经济学、金融学、工商管理类或工程机械类专业;

Vocational Experience职业经验:
3-year‘s sales working experience in the automobile part manufacturing industry towards Euro-American OEMs.(Necessary)
3年以上汽车零部件行业面向欧美整车制造企业销售的工作经验;(必备条件)

Other Competencies其他能力要求:
Good communication skill, good english speaking and writting skills, use Office software very well.
优良的沟通和表达能力,能够应用英语进行工作的交流,能够熟练使用MS Office 软件。

Founded in Jan 2002, ContiTech Grand Ocean Fluid (Changchun) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture in the auto parts industry. The company has more than 500 employees. The three shareholders are ContiTech AG headquartered in Germany, FAW Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Grand Ocean Industries, with the proportion of investment being 51%, 14.7% and 34.3% respectively. The company’s total investment and registered capital is RMB 28 million yuan and RMB 25 million yuan. The company has introduced state-of-art expertise and advanced management modes from ContiTech AG and has passed the certification of ISO/TS 16949:2009. The company mainly produces air-conditioning lines, power steering lines, fuel lines, powertrain lines and industrial hose lines. In May 2011, the company launched SAP system and implemented successfully in less than 6 months. With the application of the system, the company has fully realized data-based management.
