职位描述：
管理公司所有生产设备，以确保其正常运行。
工作职责：
1、生产能源设备的计划、导入、安装调试及施工管理。
2、设备维修、点检相关文件的制作、培训及组织实施。
3、设备维修人员的日常工作管理。
4、设备能力的提高改善。
5、设备备件的提出及库存量的设定。
6、生产能源检测、计量管理及降能耗的改善工作。
7、涉及设备、夹具、辅具及工位器具的所有改善工作。
任职资格：
教育背景:工程或理工类相关专业本科以上学历。
培训经历:受过生产作业管理、生产维护、产品知识等方面的培训。
经 验:3年以上设备管理相关工作经验。
技 能:熟悉公司的工艺、工序、工作原理；
熟练掌握公司设备结构、构造、运行特性；
熟悉国际质量体系专业知识。
态 度:认真负责、敬业，学习能力强；
有较强的责任心，能吃苦耐劳。
