Main responsibilities
On top of the activities in the PM handbook for which the quality project team member is named activity leader or key support, he/she must ensure the following:
1. Insure that execution of the activities is made according to standards
2. Implement adequate preventive or corrective quality tools
3. Manage quality activities of the project
4. Initial samples validation
5. End of phase project audit
6. Process audit during phase 3
7. Challenge other team members for quality of FMEA activities
8. He must support PM to coordinate activities and achieve P1 SPPC target
9. He must coach and connect P1 and P0 in QA function
10. He must familiar with Internal process before any P1 action
11. To be responsible for company tidiness & cleanliness, have responsibilities & for 5S.
Experience/Education/Qualifications Requirements
Education: Engineering diploma preferably in mechanical fields
Experience: Mini 2 years in Project QA field
Excellence in functional skills and competencies, functional methodologies, functional tool selection and enhancement, function organization
Excellence in standardization of all functional areas of know-how
