Major Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the departments production, logistics and quality
• Assist in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process
• Establish and drive improvements in work instructions/ processes to adress quality, material flow through-put and productiviy
• Assist in projects, layouts for production and assembly lines
• Participate in and support Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Adhere to applicable quality systems and TS16949 standards
• Maintain work area in accordance with the principles of 5s and operate daily within these standards
• Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations- promoting safety in the workplace

Skills and Competencies

• Technical College
• Experience in process manufacturing, including Continuous Improvement Programs and Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in automotive industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Leadership Skills are essential
• Language skills English negotiable, Chinese (favourable)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• IT-knowledge. SAP Basic Knowledge
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills
