职责：

1.根据生产计划，组织生产，协调各车间进展，保证按时按量供货；

2.不断改进生产工艺和工作流程，提高效率，降低成本；

3.负责生产中长期规划，及时向公司提出人力、设备机器的需求建议；

4.公司安排的其他工作。

要求:

1.本科以上学历，机械相关专业；

2.五年以上汽车零部件管理工作经验；

3.英语四级以上；

4.计算机操作熟练。

Responsibility:
1.Organizing producing, coordinating the progress among every workshop, guaranteeing delivery on time and quantity according to the production plan.
2.Improving continually production engineering and working process, in order to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
3.Responsible for production plan on medium and long term; advise to requirements about manual labor and equipment\machines in time.
4.Other work arranging by company.

Requirements:
1.Bechelor degree or above, major in engineering or related
2.Five above years work experiences in Auto parts management.
3.CET-4 or above.
4.Skilled in computer operation.

Huf has already had a century history of lock made and also market leader around the world. Huf group has branch in the U.S., Britain, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, China, Poland, Romania. And owns perfect production equipment, development capability and detection means. Customer includes BENZ, BMW, AUDI, VW, GM and FORD.
Changchun Huf started plant infrastructure in 2010, and has batch production capacity in July 2011. Possess German technology and Yantai Huf supporting, Changchun Huf will provide high quality lock products for all customers.
