International Trade Compliance officers 国际贸易合规专员

In line with the ITC responsibility matrix (attached), the site ITC officer:

-Ensures site is compliant with custom regulation: HS code, Valuation, Dut- free equipment, Processing trade hand book, country of origin, import license limitation

-Implements Customs compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),

-Periodically audits the implementation result of each Customs Compliance SOP with the support of China ITC; identify and report customs compliance risks; shares updates on local customs policies and practices.

-Strictly follows Valeo Compliance policies ,Code of Ethics when tackling questions of relationship with authorities; works as first contact window in case of customs audit or investigation; organizes all internal resources to set up a professional team and lead this team to respond to customs with the support of China ITC Manager;

-Issue the customs compliance red alert when necessary and follow actions; update alert until the risk is closed;



3-5 years experience in supply chain, Bachelor degree
