职位描述

任职要求: Position requirements:


1、机械工程专业、化工专业、工商管理、土木工程或建筑专业(或相关领域)大学专科及以上毕业;Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering,business administration,civil engineering or architect (or related fields) of junior college graduates or above;
2、两年以上的工作经验;Two years minimum working experience;
3、有市场营销经验者优先;Previous work in sales & market is an advantage;
4、熟悉化工、玻璃钢、建筑行业及相关标准优先。Be familiar with chemical industry, FRP, architect and related industry is preferable.
5、能够经常在国内出差,在项目计划阶段能够进行商务和技术交流; The positions involves regular travel around China, intercourse with business affairs and technology during the project planning phase.
6、具有良好的沟通技巧和人际关系,普通话流利,具备一定的英语基础;Excellent communication skills and relationship ,fluency in Mandarin,have a certain foundation in English;

岗位职责:

1、认真贯彻执行国家、行政主管部门有关法律、法规、政策和标准,并执行公司的各项管理制度。
Earnestly implement the state administrative departments, relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards and the implementation of the company's management system.
2、负责市场部合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。Management, classification, settlement, bookbuilding and keeping to market department contract and other marketing document and data.
3、负责市场部各类信息的汇总;Collect all kinds of information from the Marketing department.
4、负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的编写。Monthly, quarter and annual statistic statement and report of all sales target.
5、负责合同的执行、方案报价、客户跟踪、控制; Execut contracts, prepare proposals and quotations, follow-up and manage customers;

6、负责展销会的策划与实施。Planning and implementation of fair.
7、负责推广、应用新技术、新工艺、新材料。In charge of promoting the use of new technologies, new technology, new materials.
8、负责收集市场信息和竞争对手信息并及时反馈给市场部经理;Collecting information of market and competitors and feedback to Marketing manager timely.
9、负责客户来访的接待和电话来访工作,并记录相关信息;Reception and telephone visit of customer and record of related information.
10、协助部门经理保持与国外客户的日常联络,部门日常事务及管理工作; Support the marketing manager to keep the routine communication with foreign customers, deal with the departmental routine and management issues.
11、协助部门经理完成项目的前期开发、技术交流、招投标、后期跟踪等相关销售工作;To assist department manager to finish project prophase development, technical communication, bidding and follow-up work.
12、根据企业整体销售计划与战略,制定自身的销售目标与策略。Set up sales target and strategy according to company overall sales plan and stategy.

13、开拓市场,开发新客户,到客户端进行公司产品及品牌的宣传,按计划完成销售指标;Expand market, develop new customer and visit custom to advertise comany product and brand. finish sales target as planned.
14、定期进行客户分析,提出应对方法和策略,并将客户进行归类,建立完善客户档案; Make customer analysis regularly and propose method and strategy. Categorize customer and establish detailed cusotmer files.
15、做好访客计划,定时走访客户。对客户的需求,及时和部门经理沟通,提出市场开发计划和建议;Make customer visiting plan and visit customer regularly. Communicate with department manager about customer's needs and propose market development plan and suggestions.
16、做好访客报告和工作总结; Make customer visiting report and summary.
17、以拜访、电话、传真、邮件等形式保持与公司各类固有客户的密切联系并达成订单;Keep close contact with current customers by visiting, telephone, fax, email, etc and make new order.

18、参与招投标文件的制作,完成合同及相关各种协议的制定。Take part in making of bidding documents and finish making of contract and related agreement.
19、评估、预测和控制销售成本,促使销售利润最大化。Evaluate, predict and control sales cost and maximize sales profit.
20、积极与相关部门沟通协调,促使生产与销售过程最优化。Communicate with related departments and optimize manufacture and sales process.
21、维持已有长期配套客户关系,结合公司资源发挥主观能动性最大程度为客户解决问题;Keeping current regular customer relations, solve customer's problem by make good use of company resourses as much as possible.

22、与客户各相关部门建立良好的业务关系,对用户提供的质量信息,进行整理、分析,并及时上报部门经理,作为改进产品质量的依据,维护公司形象;Establish good business relations with related departments. Categorize, analyze and report quality inforamtion, which is used for improving product quality and keeping company image, from customer to department manager.
23、与客户及有关组织保持有效的沟通。
The organization and its customers and maintain effective communication.
24、做好质量体系及产品的认证工作,并把标准要求贯彻到日常的工作中。
The product and doing quality system certification, and standards into their daily work.
25、完成部门领导交办的各项任务。Completed all the tasks entrusted to them by the department.
