Assist ESHQ Manager to manage all environmental activities of the company, including emission of waste water, off-gas and waste residue with respect to the emission standards.
Participate in environment risk evaluation of plant operations and understand its impact to the environment.
Analyze data and reports to ESHQ Manager so as to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement or recommend how to control hazardous materials and to deal with emergency.
Organize Environment Impact Assessment for projects by working with project team
Plan and implement emergency response drill periodically, evaluate the emergency dill system with written report and improve the overall emergency response system based on the findings from the drill.
According to the ESHQ of Great China Region, calculate and input the data in terms of environmental activities in the SURE system in the complete and relative accurate manner
Participate in on-site safety test, safety evaluation and hazardous reviews.
Coordinate with the relevant authorities which are in charge of special equipment management to carry out activities of annual special equipment inspection and registration of newly installed special equipment by working with related departments of company i.e.: Production, Maintenance, engineering P&L　and P&T.
Support project team to carry out safety assessments, work with team to follow up and close all opening items
Organize and implement periodical site Occupational Health Assessment with the relative authorities, work with departments to follow-up and close opening items from assessment report.
Assist ESHQ Manager to continuously improve the environment and safety awareness of employees
Supervise the implementation of permit issuing regulation, timely correct and stop any un-safe behaviors of operators including contractors
Establish policies, measures and procedures in compliance to the local or state laws and regulations.
Update work knowledge to comply with the industry and government laws and regulations.
Periodically collect updated national laws, regulations and other requirements, communicate with employees regarding the latest changes around national laws, regulations and other requirements. Develop and maintain the module of compliance report with cascading the applicable elements from list of state laws, regulations and other requirements.
Coordinate with authorizes to promote the image of Company regarding work safety
