ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain the standard cost for new products timely and ensure the accuracy of standard cost in KD System .
2. Coordinate and update the standard cost on a yearly basis and report the inventory revaluation on time and accurately
3. Forecast production cost
4. Prepare monthly cost analysis and margin analysis on variances, scrap ratio, etc. for management team and identify the cost improvement opportunities including materials, labor and factory overhead
5. Control production cost
6. Prepare the inventory report on a monthly basis. Monitor the inventory transactions, movement and turns to utilize the internal or external resource to control inventory turns
7. Be responsible for monthly closing on costing, variance allocation, inventory, etc. to make sure close on time and the accuracy
8. Coordinate the monthly cycle count and annual stocktaking
9. Prepare the monthly cost saving reports accurately and on time
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.College or above in finance/accounting major;
2.More than 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing company;
3.Proficient skill in financial software and MS Office & ERP System;
4.Good English communication, especially writing;
5.Proactive and ability to work under pressure;
6. Good communication skill and team spirit, accountable and
responsible
