• 新产品开发 New product development:

1. As the interface of R&D in Changchun plant, keep good communication with R&D Center in Shanghai and North America. Quick response to customer demand。作为长春工厂R&D的联系窗口，与上海和北美研发中心保持良好沟通,快速响应客户需求。
2. Be responsible for communication with customer, clarify the requirement from customer and transfer it as design input or internal technical requirement. Participate the technical support during acquisition phase. 负责与客户沟通，了解客户的技术要求，并转化成设计输入或公司内部技术要求， 参与报价阶段的产品技术支持工作。
3. Be responsible for the product development whole process, start from early input review, design review, prototype, DV, OTS, PV, PPAP. Define the DVP&PVP, draft&release drawing and BOM. 负责产品设计开发全过程，从先期输入评审，设计评审，样件生成，设计验证，OTS，生产验证和批量生产。输出图纸和BOM，制定验证方案（DVP&PVP）。
4. Participate in technical communication with supplier according to the requirement of drawing and standard. 根据图纸和标准的要求，参加同供应商的技术交流。
5. Participate in technical scheme with suppli8er and follow up supplier’s whole development process.参加与供应商的技术方案回顾并跟进供应商的发展进程。
6. Responsible for OTS sample evaluation, review the test report from supplier per PVP. Request for improvement or approve OTS.负责OTS样件和报告的评估，要求改进或批准OTS样件 ；
7. Be responsible for the improvement of OTS samples from supplier, meet the drawing requirement. 负责供应商零件的整改，以达到符合图纸的要求。
8. Be responsible for tracking the product manufacturing and validation in house, ensure the product reach design target and get approval from customer.负责跟踪内部产品制造和验证过程，确保产品达到设计目标和得到客户认可。
9. Participate in the project development work according to requirement of project manager. 根据项目经理的需求参加项目开发工作。

• 技术支持technical support:

1. Participate in quality issue analysis and quality improvement from technical aspect. Trouble shooting on component and sub-component level on assy line defaults. 从技术角度，参加质量问题分析和质量改进。参与解决生产中发现失效件的文集分析。
2. Responsible for product technical support for production, VAVE projects, also responsible to support developing project in mass production preparation phase. 负责在生产项目、VAVE项目的产品技术支持，以及对开发项目的试生产准备。
3. Collect and review technical specification input from customer and update 2D&3D drawing on time to ensure all drawing are valid. 收集并回顾来自客户和研发的技术规范，准时更新2D和3D图确保所有图纸和规范有效。
4. Participate in manufacture process and quality document review with quality, production department. 参加同质量、生产部门的生产过程和质量文件评审。
5. Propose the engineering change suggestion for quality improvement and cost reduction.从质量提升和将成本角度推荐工程更改。
6. As technical expert, provide the training to internal & external customer.作为技术专家，为内外部客户提供培训。
