Main responsibilities :

1.Ensure strong financial control project cost sales related (positive cash flow incl. forecast, invoices raised at earliest, benefit on project cost, financial tracking)

2.Support development and control of the PIAP goals project related

3.Responsible for input of the monthly sales report

4.Responsible for offer/order tracking

5.Support implementation of the strategy and control target achievement for the sales department to support customer and company targets (MYP, targets (cost ,quality, timing) by projects

6.Improve the customer satisfaction

7.Avoid any commercial risk during the offering phase

8.Responsible for the projects related price negotiations

Qualification :

1.College degree，major in Business Administration /English / Marketing/Engineering or others

2.Fresh graduate in 2013/2014

3.Good English skill both in oral and writing ,CET-6

4.Good analytical and planning skills to ensure a clear understanding of the performance of the area/channel and to develop an ongoing plan to provide continuous improvement

5.Competencies: action orientated; customer focus; integrity and trust; peer relationship, good communication and presentation skill ,hard working ,willing to learn
