As a member of the plant Management Board and as the manager of plant logistics activities , s/he has to

在工厂中，作为管理层一员的物流经理应进行如下工作：

· Ensure customer satisfaction 确保客户满意度

o Supervise day to day activities　日常工作的安排

o Anticipate customer requirements 　预测客户需求

o Maintain good relationships with customers 　与客户保持良好的关系

o Manager the launch of new programs within the plant 　新项目的开发

· Lead the logistics team and set the objectives 物流团体的管理及工作目标的设定

· Ensure staffing, training and development of team members 　团队中员工的培训及发展

· Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups…)

　　EE的执行（如，月会、合理化建议）

· Monitor logistics process 物流各环节的控制

o Supervise day to day activities　日常工作的管理

o Prepare and propose the PIC (Sales and Operations Plan) to the plant Management Committee

　　准备与计划销售和运行计划，以保证管理层会议的正常招开

o Assure the responsibility of the PDP (Master Scheduling Plan) with UAP managers

　　与生产经理一起确保PDP的执行

o Improve suppliers and logistics partners performance and relationships

　　提高供应商及合作伙伴的绩效与合作关系

· Monitor logistics performance 物流绩效的控制

o Build and meet the budget 　确定预算

o Ensure the reporting of plant logistics performance (particularly FES indicators) and plant logistics action plan

　　物流绩效及物流工作计划的报告（尤其是ＦＥＳ指标）

· Implement logistics improvement actions, in coordination with the other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency …)

　　与厂内其他的职能部门（如，质量、高效生产体系）共同执行物流改进计划

o Organise improvement projects 制定改进方案

o Assess and report performance of these projects 对改进方案的评估及成绩的汇告

· Issuing logistics procedure and working instruction

物流程序文件及作业指导书的制定

· Optimize logistic flow

优化物流流程

任职资格：
？ 三年以上汽车行业生产控制与后勤管理经验。
？ 正规大学本科以上学历，流利的英文听说读写。
？ 对MRP的深刻理解和SAP系统全面的经验。
？ 具备一定的财务知识和汽车配套行业经验
？ 强烈的责任心和在压力下工作的决心
？ 良好的领导艺术和交流沟通能力
