岗位描述：

？ 负责模具的制造跟踪及其修模方案的提出、审核和模具分析
？ 能够运用APQP过程确保目标的实现
？ 跟踪并报告模具的状态进展，跟踪模具的费用，监控模具的质量、成本、交付
？ 确保模具满足人员健康、安全、环境的标准
？ 模具验收及行动计划的指导跟踪
？ 培训员工对模具的操作以及模具问题识别、修模的指导培训
？ 负责计划和实施模具的连续生产和质量改善行动
？ 负责模具委外加工的供应商评估和选择，并跟踪其质量、成本、交付
？ 负责模具的维护保养计划的展开和实施

岗位要求：

工程本科以上学历

3-5年模具行业经验，至少2年以上大模具工作经验

会模流分析

具有项目管理方面经验

能在复杂的环境里工作

会至少两种语言 （英语）
