l 通过有效预维护及维修支持生产目标的实现。
l 领导维修行为并持续改进。
l 识别设备风险并快速反应，遵守法规及公司安全规定。
l 领导执行维护计划确保设备完好状态。
l 及时解决现场问题降低停机时间。
l 团队管理并通过有效培训提升团队技能。
l 对团队的安全及合规负责。
l 通过有效点检及时发现潜在问题。
l 报告异常并从QRCI开始行动。
l 上级分配的其它任务
岗位要求：
中专以上学历，相关专业。
3年以上机电领域工作经验
2年以上汽车行业注塑或喷漆行业机电班长工作经验
