Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Plan and implement new products and/or changes to the manufacturing process
+ Provide manufacturing engineering support
+ Provide support to Quality Department and UAP Quality Engineer as required
+ Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis for safety, quality and production efficiency
+ Continuous Improvement events as assigned
+ Develop plans in accordance with customer requirements using value analysis, and other techniques including PFMEA and control plans
+ Lead continuous improvement efforts of the company through value analysis, maintaining up to date knowledge of manufacturing/tooling techniques
+ Prepare documentation, checking equipment planning, designing for floor inspections

Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in Engineering/mechanical or above
+ Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with project management.
+ Practical knowledge of AQP functions, continuous improvement, and other analytical and action planning tools
+ At least 8 years’ working experience in engineering field
+ More than 3 years’ management experience in a multinational company
+ Excellent people skill and problem solving skill
+ Native Chinese Mandarin speaker
+ Excellent English communication ability (verbal and written) and technical communication ability
