Key Responsibilities

? Execute China Compensation & Benefits strategy

? Setup C&B policy, process and practice for China

? Provide China C&B cost budgeting, forecasting and analyzing in order to support business analyses

? Provide C&B suggestions to business partners and HR partners including package design, job evaluation etc.

? Work on C&B communication strategy to provide right and adequate message to the organization on company’s C&B offerings

? Work with Local HR team to setup C&B management administration

? Work alongside Operation Team to design incentive program that can motivate the business and employees

? Be interfaced with Accounting, Tax as well as other internal departments to streamline C&B related area management

? Be responsible for internal transfer C&B management

? Maintain and update employees handbook, labor contract and HR policy

? Build and maintain strong relationship with Labor Bureau, vendors, consultants and legal advisor and work as a resource for solving labor issues for local HR team

? Manage ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

·University graduation

·Around 8-10 years working experience with 4-5 years in C&B fields in multinational companies. Experience in consulting firm or F&B industry is the advantage

·Strong analyzing skills

·Strong project management skills

·Good communication skill

·Team player

·Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin

·Well developed computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
