Job Description:
- Solve the product problems both within the company and on-site
- Responsible for exhibition board and supporting the Marketing (web site update)
- Install Field bus Service Centre for full and immanent support
- Check and submit technical data of special product inquires
- Responsible for complain form
- Update the sample case
- Manage and control the borrow list
- Evaluation of customers and products and gain knowledge about competitors' products range
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above majored in industrial automation or machinery
- More than 4 years technical or technical support experience in industrial automation market, be familiar with fieldbus, PLC and sensors
- Deep product and application knowledge
- Team spirit
- Responsibility for company
- High commitment
- Customer and goal orientated
- Good presentation skills
- Good English (verbal and written)
