1.负责协助进行生产设备选型及提出技术改造方案。

2.负责各类产品的注塑工艺参数确定,编制的作业指导书及工艺文件。

3.负责生产异常的工艺处理。

4.负责针对生产加工出现的各类不合格进行原因分析,制订纠正/预防措施。

5.负责参与产品更改和过程更改的实施。

6.负责实施工艺分析及工艺改进工作,持续改进制造过程质量,降低成本。

7.负责产品批量生产过程中的工艺指导和工艺纪律检查。

8.负责参与新产品过程策划项目。

9.负责新产品导入生产时工艺流程的确定。

10.负责对操作人员实施工艺培训、考核、监督和处罚。

11.负责各工序工时定额的确定（理论工时）。

12.领导交办其它工作；
