Position Summary:

This position is business consultant for Schneider’s Value Chain Optimization (VCO) solutions, including APC, RTO, Planning & Scheduling and etc. As BC, he or she needs to understand process know-how and technical trending in related industries (like O&G, MMM and etc.) and be able to address customers’ issues and help to resolve with Schneider’s VCO offers. As a role in sales team, he or she needs to work closely with sales to promote VCO solutions and meet the AOP target.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales team to promote Schneider VCO solutions, like APC, RTO, Planning & Scheduling Optimization and etc.

• Be Responsible to visit customer, present Schneider VCO solutions, make the site survey and prepare the technical proposal if necessary.

• Work with MARCON department to prepare marketing activities, like annual Innovation Seminar, User Group Meeting and etc.

• Be responsible to make and maintain the demo of VCO solutions.

• Be willing to travel (up to 50%).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Automation or related majors. Master or Doctor degree is a plus.

• Be familiar with O&G industry (like refinery process, coal chem process and etc.), MMM industry and other process industry.

• Be familiar with Advanced Process Control (APC) technology. Knowing other VCO solutions is a plus, like RTO (real-time optimization), planning & scheduling optimization and etc.

• Minimum 8-year working experience as BC or technical pre-sale or delivery engineer.

• Open minded.

• Good self-learner.

• Good team player.

• Good communication and presentation skill.

• Good Mandarin and English.
